Seven operating sites across the Soave hills connected by a full IP infrastructure and a new single telephone system, shaped around the morphology of the area.

Set among the medieval fortresses of Soave, named Italy's "Borgo dei borghi 2022", Cadis 1898 is known for producing all the major Verona DOC wines: Soave, Valpolicella, Durello and the appellations of the Garda area. As well as a commercial force bringing together more than 2,000 member growers, 6,400 hectares of vineyards and 7 operating sites, the group stands out for its commitment to sustainable and digital development.
Its facilities include Cantina Rocca Sveva with its shop and conference centre, the wineries of Cazzano, Illasi and Montecchia di Crosara, the Fruttaio San Marino Tregnago and other sites tied to the tradition of wine. Connecting those sites to one another meant strengthening the communication system with fast, high-performance IoT technology: the company exports around half of its production, distributed across more than 60 countries.
The full IP infrastructure running across the five valleys of Soave, put in place by Maxfone in previous years, was at the centre of a major modernisation project: a telephone system able to bring every site together in a single system.
Six months of work and close attention to the morphology of the area delivered high-quality connections, in line with the most recent technological developments. The new solution, more flexible and open to future applications, adapts to the different communication needs of the business, across offices, events and the wine shop.
In Maxfone, Cadis 1898 found a partner able to guarantee service continuity and technological innovation at the best value on the market. The new solution, together with software that streamlines day-to-day work, gives every member of the team greater collaboration and reachability, whichever site they are at and whichever site they move to.
Maxfone's expertise in eastern Verona and, more broadly, in hilly and irregular terrain, means fast technical support for the company. Over the years Cadis 1898 has built a relationship with Maxfone that goes beyond technology consultancy, and that collaboration will allow targeted support in developing new solutions, both on the IoT side and on digital tools that improve the performance of those already in place.

"Ten years of working with Maxfone have allowed us to build a bond that often goes beyond professionalism and turns into friendship. Mutual availability, open dialogue and a relationship of trust are all qualities that have grown stronger over the years and have made it possible to find a solution to every unexpected turn through constructive discussion."
