Cadis 1898: the wineries united by a single infrastructure
Food and beverage
We build the tools, we know how to use them and we coordinate the people who work around them. Networks, security, voice, cloud and OT integration: the infrastructure that keeps a connected company standing.
Thirty years of networks in North-East Italy
Maxfone started in 2010 reselling business IT systems, but the craft goes back further: among its founders is Paolo Errico, who built those networks himself, founding MultiLink in 1998.
In Verona, IT systems for local companies: this is where the direct relationship with the people who use the infrastructure every day begins.
Born out of Team Sistemi's expansion when telecommunications were liberalised: one of the first companies to move, and one of north-east Italy's first operators.
MultiLink moves into Infracom's orbit and is merged into the operator in January 2008: the scale of a regional telecommunications carrier. Between late 2009 and early 2010 the group splits, and Maxfone starts from there.
Six lines, grouped by problem
Grouped by customer problem, not by price list. Every entry is a service we deliver with our own team, from the site survey to day-to-day operation.
How the company connects, and how it protects itself.
Fibre and ultra-broadband access, IP addressing, subnets and VLANs, corporate wifi: a network drawn on the floor plan of your sites, not on a standard template.
Ongoing contract
Firewalls, perimeter protection, segmentation and controlled remote access: the network stays open to work and closed to everything else.
Where people talk, and where their files live.
Phone systems, VoIP and SIP trunks: every site on a single exchange, running on the same infrastructure that carries the data.
Hosting, websites and mail, plus Google Workspace setup and management: the everyday work tools, looked after by people who know your network.
Licences and subscriptions
Who keeps everyday IT running, and who takes the network all the way to the machines.
Technical care on live systems: monitoring, interventions, recovery. An ongoing relationship, not a phone call once everything has already stopped.
Ongoing subscription
Modbus, OPC UA and MQTT, on-machine gateways, databases and flows into your business systems: the point where the IT network meets the shop floor.

Where infrastructure meets IDA
OT integration is a service in its own right: protocols, gateways and databases stand up on their own. But when that data has to be useful to someone, the next step is already in house.
The bridge only works one way: the infrastructure is worth having without IDA, and IDA arrives if and when you need it.
Public projects, told in full
The networks we design show their worth when the event is live, when seven sites have to behave like one, when work moves home within a single week.
More than two kilometres of fibre and high-density wifi in a Serie A stadium, roughly 80,000 square metres of sports centre covered, a single full IP exchange for a seven-site wine cooperative: the projects are public and told in full.
In the case studies index, the IT/OT services filter isolates these projects.
Tell us how your infrastructure looks today and what it has to carry tomorrow. You get a proposal back, not a price list.
